2、 Procurement instructions for vehicle maintenance and repair

1. Please check the detailed number of vehicles and their basic information at the end of the article.

2. The supplier's business premises for the designated vehicle maintenance plant project in this bidding are located in the vicinity of Liuyang Economic Development Zone and Changsha

3. Service standards: Meet the service requirements of the bidding documents and relevant standard requirements.

3、 Quotation requirements

1. Based on the average price level of the current maintenance market in Changsha city, determine

4、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1. A company with independent legal personality and second-class and third class qualifications as a municipal automobile maintenance enterprise;

2. The company should have professional maintenance engineers with the ability to fully fulfill the contract.

3. In the past three years, priority has been given to independently completing bidding projects with similar performance, and there have been no quality or safety accidents or administrative penalties caused by management reasons.

4. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.

5. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.

5、 Composition of bidding documents

2. 6、 Binding and submission of bidding documents

3. After being stamped and sealed, it will be delivered to our company by express delivery or carried to our company on the day of bid opening before the bid opening.

4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid.

5. On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver (if unable to come to the site due to uncontrollable factors, it will not be considered as a waiver).
