According to the relevant provisions of the "Tendering and Bidding Management Measures", our company adopts an open bidding method for the procurement project of 5 sets of maintenance services for central air conditioning unit systems. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.
1、 Procurement project information
This time, the central air conditioning system adopts screw type chillers. The circulating cooling water from the cooling tower enters the screw unit for compression and freezing to reduce temperature and humidity. The central air conditioning system includes chillers, cooling towers, chilled water pipelines, cooling pumps, steam, etc; All service items listed in the service object list can be inspected on-site and any missing items can be supplemented. Otherwise, if the bidder wins the bid, it will be considered that they agree with the missing parts and will provide services free of charge.

Procurement Project Name: Central Air Conditioning Unit System Maintenance Service (5 sets)
The maintenance projects include:
1. The maintenance and upkeep of the screw type chiller system includes: replacement of specialized refrigeration oil (York L oil is used in the formula granule workshop), replacement of oil filter, replacement of dry filter, leak detection and addition of Freon (at least once a year, but not limited to once, the previous items should be replaced according to the performance of the chiller, and the performance should meet the requirements of GMP standards);
2. Cleaning and troubleshooting of auxiliary systems for single screw chillers: including year-round water treatment agents, chemical blasting treatment of the main condenser, cooling tower cleaning and common troubleshooting, cleaning of the air-cooled frequency converter filter, cleaning of the cooling tower and related pipeline filters used by the unit, replacement of cooling water and chilled water, as well as end fan cleaning, belt replacement, etc.
2、 Procurement Instructions for Proposed Maintenance Services
1. Please refer to the attachment for the equipment name;
2. The maintenance service period for central air conditioning units is 3 years;
3. Payment method: After the contract is signed, Party B shall complete the annual maintenance service of the air conditioning chiller unit. Upon acceptance by Party A and receipt of the value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B, Party A shall pay 50% of the annual maintenance service fee to Party B by bank transfer within 10 working days. The other half of the annual payment shall be paid 50% of the annual service fee after one year of equipment maintenance.
3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. Having independent legal personality and providing a valid business license, the business scope must include air conditioning equipment maintenance services (scanned or copied with official seal);
2. Provide proof of identity of the legal representative and a copy of their ID card (if not the legal representative directly participating in the bidding, provide the original power of attorney of the legal representative and a copy of their ID card, as well as a copy of the ID card of the authorized agent stamped with the official seal)
3. Bidders must provide relevant proof materials (copies with seals) for frozen oil (York brand L oil) and other materials.
4. In the past three years, priority has been given to independently completing bidding projects with similar performance, and there have been no quality or safety accidents or administrative penalties caused by management reasons.
5. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.
6. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.
7. This project does not accept consortium participation in bidding.
4、 Composition of bidding documents
1. Quotation section (all maintenance project services, taxes, and other expenses).
2. Bring a set of copies (to be retained) of the following documents stamped with the official seal: copies of the business license and tax registration certificate of the enterprise; Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card; Copy of qualification and commitment to after-sales service.
5、 Binding and submission of bidding documents
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
2. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation and information of the bidding documents in a booklet.
3. After being stamped and sealed, it will be delivered to our company by express delivery or carried to our company on the day of bid opening before the bid opening.
4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid.
5. On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver (if unable to come to the site due to uncontrollable factors, it will not be considered as a waiver).
