2、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
(1) Legal qualifications: Having independent legal personality, holding a valid business license, and possessing a Security Service License for security services.
(2) Credit requirement: No major illegal records or industry penalties in the past three years.
(3) Service requirements: Promise to dispatch personnel who meet the quantity and qualification requirements (6 security personnel, 2 health personnel)

4、 Composition and submission of bidding documents
(1) Business section: 1. Company qualifications (copies of business license, security service license, etc.) 2. Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card, credit China website public information report. Please stamp the official seal for the above qualifications.
(2) Technical part: Service plan (such as personnel scheduling, service personnel qualifications, whether professional skills training is regularly conducted, emergency plans, and hygiene frequency).
(3) Quotation section: itemized quotation table (security service fee, health service fee, etc.), indicating whether it is the total price including tax and the tax point.
(4) Binding and submission of bidding documents:
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding;
2. The bidding party shall bind the quotation part and information of the bidding documents into a book and seal it;
3. After stamping and sealing, express delivery or delivery to our company;
4. Bidding documents with incomplete information beyond the deadline shall be deemed invalid;
5. On the day of the bid opening, bidders can send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening and answer questions, or conduct video Q&A.

5、 Bid evaluation method
1. The evaluation method for this project adopts "competitive negotiation".
2. Method for determining the winning bidder: Based on the responsiveness of the bidding documents provided by the bidding unit and the comprehensive qualifications and case list of the bidding unit, the members of the evaluation team will negotiate on-site and obtain the results to select a bidding unit as the winning bidder.
3. The qualification review method for this project is on-site qualification review.
