On the morning of March 17, the company's Party branch held the 2022 annual organizational life meeting. Su Dehui, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager; Chen Jianshe, Director of the Enterprise Management Department; and Zhang Yunlong, Deputy Director of the Party and Mass Affairs Comprehensive Department, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Shen Fanshun, Secretary of the company's Party branch. Members of the company's leadership team participated in the meeting, and heads of relevant departments attended as observers.

 

 

Su Dehui put forward specific requirements for holding this organizational life meeting well. Firstly, all Party members and comrades should effectively enhance their ideological understanding, deeply comprehend the decisive significance of the "two consolidations", strengthen the "four consciousnesses", firmly establish the "four confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards". They should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's lecture at the 20th National Congress and integrate it into the high-quality development of Chunguang Jiuhui. Secondly, we need to thoroughly examine the problems, carefully list our own issues, and form a list of problems. When conducting criticism, we should unite with each other and humbly accept criticism. The third is to firmly implement the rectification plan, promptly summarize the problems of the team members, and carry out rectification within a specified time limit.

At the meeting, Shen Fanshun, the secretary of the company branch, reported on the preparations for the organizational life meeting. He represented the branch in conducting comparative inspections and took the lead in conducting personal comparative inspections. The team members carried out criticism and self-criticism one by one, achieving openness and frankness, exchanging ideas, enhancing unity, pointing out problems, and clarifying improvement directions.

Su Dehui stated that he had made sufficient preparations before the organizational life meeting, adhered to strict standards based on problem orientation, carefully investigated and addressed issues, and had a profound self-criticism. He aimed to address and face problems directly, and achieved unity through self-criticism. For the next step of work, he emphasized the need to further strengthen theoretical learning and enhance theoretical armament.   Secondly, we need to further strengthen the construction of the leadership team. This year marks the beginning of fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. We must deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two consolidations", enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four confidences", achieve the "two safeguards", and improve our political judgment, political comprehension, and political execution. Thirdly, we must be loyal to the Party, resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, and implement the grassroots system of democratic organizations. We must seriously study and deeply understand Comrade Mao Zedong's "Working Methods of the Party Committee", and do a good job in high-quality Party building work in enterprises. The fourth is to have a sense of crisis and urgency, strengthen the integrity and discipline, and have dual responsibilities in one position. Daily work should prevent risks, and education and institutional construction should be strengthened. Fifth, we need to further strengthen our sense of responsibility, carry forward the spirit of struggle, overcome difficulties, and strive to promote the high-quality development of Chunguang Jiuhui with an unwavering spirit, seizing every moment to make state-owned enterprises bigger and stronger.
