In order to further create a positive, uplifting, and healthy cultural atmosphere, enrich employees' leisure life, and enhance team cohesion and unity, on the afternoon of May 11, the company's labor union organized all employees to go to Xihu Mountain in Liuyang for a mountain climbing activity themed 'Forge Ahead on a New Journey, Step by Step to the Peak.'

Although the weather was uncooperative, everyone’s enthusiasm was not dampened by the continuous drizzle. Wearing raincoats and holding umbrellas, they encouraged each other and set off towards the summit.

The rain brought a unique experience to the climb. Before even completing a quarter of the journey, many people were soaked through, with sweat mixing with rainwater, becoming what everyone jokingly called 'drenched chickens.'

On the more than four-kilometer route, the closer to the top, the steeper the path became. Coupled with slippery terrain and chilly winds, everyone’s physical endurance and mindset were challenged, but no one gave up, and ultimately, all participants successfully reached the summit.

Xihu Mountain in the rain has a special charm. Surrounded by mist and clouds, lush and verdant, with fresh crisp air, everyone enjoyed the exhilaration of reaching the top while appreciating the beauty of nature. At that moment, the hardships of the climb seemed to vanish.

The Quality Management Department (Quality Control) Team, Production Office Public Systems Team, Quality Management Department (Quality Assurance) Team, Pharmaceutical Research Institute Team, and Traditional Herbal Slices Workshop Team secured the top five places in this climb.

Company employees expressed that this mountain-climbing activity was not only a test of physical strength but also a trial of facing challenges together. Experiencing rain and wind allowed them to deeply understand that success does not come easily, enhancing their spirited determination to overcome difficulties and face challenges head-on. They will carry this renewed enthusiasm into their work, making the most of the springtime.
