On November 5th, the company's Party branch held the November party member meeting and a themed party day event. The meeting was presided over by the branch secretary and chairman, Shen Fanshun.

1. Admitting probationary party members to add new vitality

The first agenda item of the meeting discussed admitting comrades Shu Mingpeng, Xin Yunong, and Zhang Yaxiong as probationary members of the Communist Party of China. The three comrades have proper motivation for joining the Party, earnestly study the Party's guidelines, policies, and directives, deeply understand the Party’s purpose and mission, and firmly uphold the belief in communism. In their work, they are diligent, responsible, and actively play a pioneering and exemplary role. In their daily lives, they are strict with themselves, willing to help others, and have earned recognition from Party members and the masses through their good character and conduct. All 31 full Party members with voting rights conducted a secret ballot for Shu Mingpeng, Xin Yunong, and Zhang Yaxiong, and unanimously agreed to admit them as probationary members of the Communist Party. The inclusion of these three comrades brings new energy and vitality to the Party team, further strengthening the branch's cohesion and combat effectiveness.

2. Regularization of probationary members, moving forward with mission

The second agenda item discussed the regularization of probationary member Comrade Xiao Jianbo. Comrade Xiao Jianbo reported to the assembly on his thoughts, learning, and work performance during his probationary period, earnestly summarized his shortcomings, and expressed his attitudes toward becoming a full member and his future efforts. Participants conducted a secret ballot and unanimously agreed to admit Comrade Xiao Jianbo as a full member of the Communist Party. Comrade Xiao Jianbo stated that he will always remember his identity as a Party member, maintain high self-discipline and strict requirements, and be able to step up and take responsibility at critical moments. The regularization of probationary members is not only a summary of their one-year assessment but also a reflection of the results of the Party organization’s cultivation and education.

3. Comprehend the spirit of the plenary session and gather the strength to advance

In order to thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, and to guide all party members and cadres of the company to accurately grasp the essence and rich connotations of the plenary session's spirit, thereby promoting the spirit of the plenary session to take root in their minds and actions and achieve results, Branch Secretary and Chairman Shen Fanshun delivered a presentation titled 'Grasp the Spirit of the Plenary Session, Gather Strength for Progress,' explaining the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. The report closely related to the company's actual situation, providing a comprehensive and systematic interpretation of the spirit of the plenary session from three aspects: deeply understanding the spirit, carrying out study and promotion, and grasping the key points of reform. It called on all party members and cadres to unite closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, focus on solving the company's development challenges, and scientifically formulate task lists, timelines, and blueprints for deepening reforms. With a 'rigorous and meticulous' approach, they should promote the implementation of various reform tasks, demonstrate new responsibilities and achievements in practice, and contribute to advancing Chinese-style modernization while continuously strengthening, growing, and optimizing state-owned enterprises.

4. Tracing the Red Footprints and Feeling the Original Mission

After the meeting, party members and cadres were organized to visit the Changsha History Museum to carry out a themed party day activity titled 'Tracing the Red Footprints, Understanding the Original Mission.' By visiting the historical exhibition hall and viewing precious historical documents and audiovisual materials, they revisited the passionate and courageous revolutionary history. From the early activities of the Party to the Changsha Uprising, and to Changsha's significant role in the New Democratic Revolution, each display panel represents a weighty period of history, and every exhibit provides a spiritual baptism. Through this learning experience, all party members and cadres once again felt the hardships and trials the Communist Party of China overcame, further appreciating the Party's original mission. Participants expressed that they would draw abundant ideological inspiration and spiritual motivation from the Party's history, strive forward with determination, and contribute outstanding efforts to the company's high-quality development.
