To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, consolidate and deepen the achievements of party discipline education, and comprehensively leverage the role of party discipline education in constraints, protection, and incentives, the company party branch held the 2024 annual organizational life meeting on March 14 in accordance with the spirit of documents such as the Group Party Committee's "Notice on Holding the 2024 Annual Grassroots Organization Life Meeting and Carrying out Democratic Evaluation of Party Members." Su Dehui, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager, and Chen Jianshe, Head of the Group Quality Management Department, attended to provide guidance. The meeting was presided over by Shen Fanshun, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman, with branch committee members and company executives in attendance.
Before the meeting, the party branch carefully planned and organized according to actual conditions, conducted focused studies, held candid talks, and comprehensively reviewed and identified issues, laying a solid foundation for a high-quality organizational life meeting.
The meeting reported on the rectification and implementation of organizational life meetings since the thematic education on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, as well as pre-meeting preparations including soliciting opinions. Shen Fanshun, on behalf of the branch team, conducted self-review, identifying problems against the standard of the "Four Leading Roles," deeply analyzed their root causes, and proposed specific corrective measures while also carrying out a personal self-examination. Branch committee members conducted individual self-reviews, thoroughly analyzed their own issues, and earnestly engaged in self-criticism. Company executives offered critiques to each team member. Everyone confronted problems openly without avoidance or concealment, achieving the effect of candid self-reflection while enhancing unity.

Su Dehui pointed out in his comments that this meeting was well-prepared. Before the meeting, theoretical study was conducted carefully, opinions from party members and the public were fully solicited, and in-depth heart-to-heart talks were carried out. The identification of problems was serious and rigorous, and the corrective measures were highly targeted. Consensus was built through the process of criticism and self-criticism.The next steps are as follows: First, strengthen the awareness of responsibility and mission. Members of the leadership team should come up with plans and initiatives focused on the company's high-quality development, and the difficulties and problems faced by the company should be resolved as soon as possible. Second, the issues identified at the meeting must be addressed one by one afterwards, especially focusing on effectively turning losses into profits and reducing costs while improving efficiency, ensuring real results through strong measures. Third, maintain close contact with the masses. The leadership team should engage deeply in frontline work and the market, frequently visit workshops, teams, and frontline employees to understand their thoughts face-to-face and grasp the actual situation, pooling ideas to solve work-related issues. Fourth, strengthen corrective measures. The measures formulated at the meeting should be quantified item by item, organized into a work checklist, and integrated into daily work to ensure all problems are addressed and improvements made. Fifth, enhance the fighting spirit. The "good old guy" mentality must be eradicated; compromises should not be made, management should be strict, and leaders should dare to speak the truth and offer opinions. Sixth, continuously follow up on the rectification of inspection issues. For unresolved problems, tracking and effectiveness checks should be conducted to ensure all issues are rectified within the specified time. Seventh, strengthen financial management.
