On April 14, Shen Fanshun, the Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of the company, led a delegation from the Marketing Center, Strategic Development Department, and Financial Management Department to Hunan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. for business cooperation and exchange.

Shen Fanshun and his delegation held a symposium with Tan Feng, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Hunan Pharmaceutical, along with Marketing Director Ye Dexin and executives from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Division. The discussions covered the preliminary progress of their agency storage and distribution partnership, the new cooperation agreement, and explored ways to enhance future collaboration and resource sharing.

Tan Feng emphasized that the two parties have established a solid foundation for cooperation. Moving forward, they should elevate their political commitment, seek optimal solutions tactically, and deepen collaboration in specialized fields such as Chinese herbal formula granules, ultra-fine herbal slices, health products, and medicinal materials. Amid the challenging external economic climate, they must confront challenges head-on, innovate cooperation models, and expand partnerships in supply chain coordination, service extension, and medical consortium development. By advancing practical cooperation with clearly defined responsibilities, both sides can achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.

Shen Fanshun stated that Hunan Pharmaceutical, a provincial-level pharmaceutical giant with a robust distribution network, has partnered with Chun Guang Jiu Hui to leverage their respective expertise. Chun Guang Jiu Hui has accumulated substantial experience and resources in innovative Chinese herbal decoction pieces, food-as-medicine health products, and traditional Chinese medicinal materials. The collaboration aims to deepen cooperation through resource sharing and complementary strengths, particularly in establishing new distribution channels for herbal decoctions, expanding medicinal material procurement and sales, and building herbal decoction centers. Together, they will drive the modernization and growth of the Chinese herbal medicine industry chain.
