In order to implement the three-year action plan for state-owned enterprise reform, enhance the vitality and efficiency of state-owned enterprises, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern, further strengthen control capabilities, improve management level, and promote the institutionalized and regulated operation of parent and subsidiary companies, the company organized a 2022 institutional training and financial operation analysis meeting in the multifunctional hall on the first floor of the Changsha headquarters on June 11th. Comrade Liu Yan, Vice General Manager of the company, attended and presided over the meeting.

In response to the various rules and regulations that have been sorted out and revised in the early stage, combined with the company's strategic goals, reform and development direction, and actual business task indicators, in order to promote the integration of mother and son, and standardize development, the risk control department, office, party and mass human resources department, and finance department of the company have provided detailed explanations of the company's investment management, contract signing, credit risk control, and accountability management for illegal investment and operation decisions on site, focusing on the implementation of existing systems, management work standards, and actual production and operation situations of each subsidiary; Elaborate on the spirit of the "Notice on Further Serious Meeting Conduct and Discipline" issued by the group company, as well as the rules of procedure for the general manager's office meeting and the board meeting; Strengthen the study of the rules of procedure of the Party branch and the decision-making process of the "Three Major and One Important Matters"; Key training will be provided on comprehensive budget management, guarantee management, fund management, asset management (inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable), and expense management (eight regulations). Based on the semi annual business situation and the difference in annual business indicators, the problems existing in each company and specific business ideas for the next stage were proposed. And on-site assessment and testing were conducted on the participants of this training.
