On August 5th, the company held a pre-appointment conversation meeting for newly recruited middle-level management personnel. Shen Fanshun, the deputy secretary of the company's Party branch and general manager, conducted a collective conversation with the recently selected and appointed middle-level management personnel, and emphasized the requirements for integrity in professional conduct.
On behalf of the company's Party branch, Comrade Shen Fanshun extended his congratulations to the newly recruited middle-level management personnel and put forward five suggestions and requirements for future work. Firstly, regarding the attitude towards work, whether it is learning or working, one should not settle for "more or less", but should pursue the best and implement the requirements of "strictness, meticulousness, and practicality" throughout the entire process of document handling, meeting organization, and work execution. Secondly, in terms of work methods, one should plan long-term, arrange short-term, and act immediately, be down-to-earth, deliberate, and implement work effectively. Thirdly, when handling the relationship between learning and work, one should work while learning and learn while working, focus on both aspects, avoid neglecting either, and promote mutual improvement. Fourthly, when dealing with relationships with colleagues and leaders, one should be good at communication, execute effectively, provide timely feedback, and work in unity and cooperation, forming a good pattern of "working as a whole and performing together". Fifthly, in terms of professional ethics, one should always be loyal to their duties, focus on building oneself through morality, be strict with oneself, keep integrity and self-discipline in mind, and implement them in action.
He hopes that the newly recruited middle-level management personnel will live up to the great trust placed in them and fulfill their mission, adapt to the new normal in their new positions, strive for new achievements, create new performance, establish a new image, and grow together with the company.
