On April 17, the Party Branch of Chun Guang Jiu Hui convened a special study session on ideological work. Presided over by Shen Fanshun, the Party Branch Secretary and Chairman, the meeting was attended by the branch committee members and all Party members at the Liuyang Base. The session focused on studying President Xi Jinping's key discourses on ideology and his directives on propaganda, ideological, and cultural work. Participants reviewed the implementation plan for the ideological work accountability system, analyzed the current challenges in the company's ideological work, identified existing issues, and outlined specific requirements for improvement.

The meeting required in-depth study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on ideological work, and further improvement of ideological work in 2024.1. Strengthen learning and education, and focus on theoretical armament. The in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era should be regarded as an important part of ideological construction, further enhancing political positioning; 2. Increase publicity and guidance, and strengthen the management of fronts. In daily work, ensure the review and control of lectures, meetings, and documents, adhering to the Party's management of publicity channels and ideology; 3. Prevent potential risks and strictly enforce responsibility awareness. Members of the Ideological Work Leading Group must resolutely implement the responsibility system for ideological work, regard strengthening analysis, judgment, and risk control as an important duty of ideological work, fully implement the relevant provisions and spirit of the central government, provincial party committee, provincial state-owned assets supervision and administration commission, and the group party committee regarding ideological work, closely integrate with the promotion of the company's high-quality development, achieve simultaneous planning, implementation, and inspection, and firmly grasp the leadership and initiative in ideological work.

Regarding the company's current ideological work, Party Branch Secretary Shen Fanshun delivered a Party lecture titled "Guarding the Main Ideological Front." Shen Fanshun outlined three key requirements: 1. Strengthen efforts to consolidate the frontline of political security, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility to serve as the Party's "guardian" in the ideological domain; 2. Enhance efforts to secure the critical high ground of public opinion guidance, driving innovation in content formats, methodologies, and platforms; 3. Intensify efforts in mechanism innovation and system implementation, continuously improving political vigilance and discernment, rigorously enforcing the ideological work accountability system, ensuring all regulations become "hard constraints," and proactively eliminating "pollution sources" in both thought and action.

The special study meeting on ideology has a clear theme and a prominent focus. It is a good ideological education and a baptism of party spirit. It further improves the understanding of the importance of ideological work and the grasp of the key points of ideological work of party members and cadres, enhances the political sensitivity and discrimination, and plays a role in promoting the ideological work in the future.
