Accompanying him were Mo Zhong, Member of the Group Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, and Chen Jianshe, Director of the Group's Quality Management Department. The meeting was attended by the company's leadership team, mid-level and senior managers, and Party members. During the session, Su Dehui systematically explained the plenary session's theme and significance, emphasized the importance of studying President Xi Jinping's speech at the session, and provided practical guidance tailored to the company's context. He outlined strategies for implementing the plenary session's directives, reaffirmed the company's commitment to reform, clarified reform objectives, and shared scientific methodologies. This delivered an insightful presentation for Party members and cadres. Su stressed that all Party members must fully grasp the plenary session's spirit, align their thoughts and actions accordingly, and drive the company's high-quality development with the tenacity of hammering in nails, achieving new milestones in reform efforts.

Shen Fanshun delivered a key report on the company's production and operations from January to August, including progress on deepening reforms, rectification of inspection findings, and plans for the next phase. Other leadership members and department heads provided detailed reports on production management, drug R&D, process breakthroughs, quality control, and raw material procurement.

The company must enhance data analysis and statistical reporting to provide scientifically sound decision-making support for development. Simultaneously, it should focus on key areas including process optimization, equipment planning, staff training, and product sales by setting clear objectives and implementing targeted measures. This will enable precise efforts to accelerate corporate growth and ensure measurable results across all operational aspects by year-end.

In his concluding remarks, Su Dehui fully acknowledged the company's achievements in this year's transformation and upgrading. Regarding the next steps, he outlined four key requirements: First, to address challenges at various levels by adopting systematic thinking and coordinated management strategies to ensure tangible results. Second, to prioritize employee growth through positive incentives and a craftsman's spirit, fostering a sense of belonging and creativity within the workforce. Third, to adopt an objective approach in problem-solving—acknowledging issues, confronting them head-on, maintaining confidence, and advancing resolutely—to thoroughly resolve development bottlenecks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Fourth, to strictly adhere to deadlines and plans for assigned tasks, driving annual goals with full commitment to achieve new milestones across all operations.
