On December 1st, Li Zhicheng, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, and Zhang Jie, member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant, visited the company to inspect the 2023 operating budget work. Chen Jianshe, Head of the Enterprise Management Department of the Group Company, Wang Juejiao, Head of the Financial Management Department, and Yuan Chaolong, Deputy Head of the Financial Management Department, participated in the inspection. Shen Fanshun, General Manager of the company, Liu Yan, Deputy General Manager, and relevant department heads reported their work to the inspection team.

At the meeting, the research team listened to the company's report on its 2023 annual business plan, key budget indicators, safeguard plans, measures to ensure the completion of indicators, and the opportunities and challenges faced by core products.

The research team affirmed the company's "production based on sales" operation and budgeting approach, and provided guidance on the company's budget indicators, business plans, safeguard measures, risk management and control, etc. The research team stated that the group company had placed the first stop of its business plan research at Chunguang Jiuhui, and the company should "take on heavy responsibilities" in the first year of full production of the new line, ensuring that overall development progresses steadily in accordance with the "14th Five-Year Plan".

 

 

Li Zhicheng first affirmed the achievements made in the company's development and gave instructions for the business work in the coming year. He mentioned that in the future, firstly, precise measures should be taken, and the guiding role of the budget for the work in the coming year should be fully utilized; secondly, sufficient research and judgment should be carried out, and in-depth market research and analysis should be conducted to accurately identify market positioning; thirdly, benchmarking enterprises in the industry should be found, differences should be identified, and the underlying reasons should be analyzed to improve management level; fourthly, risk control should be strengthened, and comprehensive management and control of risks such as policy, quality, fire protection, and environmental protection should be carried out; fifthly, dynamic monitoring should be implemented, detailed goals should be refined for dynamic supervision, and measures should be analyzed and adjusted in real time.
