In accordance with the overall arrangement of the group company to further enhance the quality of financial information, on June 5th, the company held a kick-off meeting for the financial informatization construction project. General Manager of the company, Tan Feng, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Other members of the leadership team, middle-level management personnel, and key personnel from subsidiaries also participated in the meeting.

The meeting reported on the implementation plan for the company's financial informatization construction and established a special working group. Shen Fanshun, the company's chairman, and Tan Feng, the general manager, served as group leaders, with the main responsible persons of the management team and subsidiaries serving as deputy group leaders. The division of labor was implemented, responsibilities were clarified, all employees participated, and quality and quantity were guaranteed.

Tan Feng put forward three requirements for the construction of financial informatization. Firstly, all departments and subsidiaries should attach great importance to and actively participate in it, resolutely obeying the unified arrangements and deployments of the group company to implement the informatization construction. Secondly, we should take the opportunity of informatization construction to reorganize and optimize processes, improve efficiency and quality. Thirdly, we should improve basic data, actively collect various data, strengthen learning among personnel at all levels, carry out publicity and training work, and accelerate the launch.
